Zoran Martič [1] is a Slovenian basketball coach. He was under contract with MZT Skopje until June 2014.[2] He won the first Slovenian gold medal for basketball in the European Under-20 championship held in Ohrid, Macedonia. Since 1989, he has been the head coach for several Slovenian basketball teams, including Slovan, Zlatorog Laško and Helios. He coached the Szolnog team in Hungary, the Budućnost team in Serbia & Montenegro, the Apoel team in Cyprus and the Khimik team in Ukraine.

  • 2000 – 2nd. place European U 20 championship (Ohrid-Macedonia)
  • 2001 – 6th. place World U 20 championship (Tokio-Japan).

  • 2004/05 – semi finalist of the Serbia & Montenegro cup (Budučnost).
  • 2005 – finalist of the Slovenian play off (Slovan).
  • 2006 – quarter finalist of FIBA Challenge cup.
  • 2007 – semi finalist of the Slovenian play off (Zlatorog Laško).
  • 2008 – finalist of the Slovenian Cup and finalist of the Slovenian play off (Helios), winner of the Slovenian all star game.
  • 2009 – Slovenian Cup winner, Slovenian national champion (U.Olimpija – assistant coach).
  • 2014 – Macedonian League winner, Macedonian Cup winner (MZT Skopje)
