Waitrose[edit]

Recently I edited the main Shoprite Wikipedia page stating that Waitrose had a stake in Shoprite Group Plc., Well I emailed Waitrose via Facebook and this is was there reply..

"...Hi Will. I can confirm that Waitrose does not own any percentage or have any stake in Shoprite Group. The Shoprite Group simply sell selected Waitrose products in the same way that the online retailer Ocado does..."

So this is has been 100% confirmed by Waitrose, they do not have any stake or pecentage in Shoprite Group (Isle of Man) Plc.
