Gorton and Denton is a proposed constituency of the House of Commons in the UK Parliament.[1] Further to the completion of the 2023 Periodic Review of Westminster constituencies, it will first be contested in the 2024 general election.[2]

Boundaries[edit]

The constituency will be composed of the following (as they existed on 1 December 2020):

  • The City of Manchester wards of: Burnage; Gorton & Abbey Hey; Levenshulme; Longsight.
  • The Metropolitan Borough of Tameside wards of: Denton North East; Denton South; Denton West.[3]
