Lagrange's identity and Green's theorem[edit]

The title of this article is misleading in that Lagrange's identity holds as a differential identity, and its relation to boundary value problems is via the divergence theorem which converts it to a form of Green's identity. It is Green's theorem that applies to boundary value problems as envisioned in the introduction to this article. Hence, the intro should be rewritten and the article should be redirected to something like Lagrange's identity (differential equations). Brews ohare (talk) 13:47, 27 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
