Was there a French-language network "RTL 9" under the RTL Group? The RTL channels were usually in German and Dutch, were based in Luxembourg, though the corporate offices are in Koln/Cologne, Germany. Can anyone make it clear for me? + 71.102.2.206 (talk) 08:48, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
