New developments[edit]

I am not sure how or where to add this info, but all the pages on the National Assembly will have to be modified to show that there is a new Speaker of the National Assembly (Vital Kamhere), a new deputy speaker (Christophe Lutundula), etc. Plus there is the need to detail a bit more what the National Assembly does/is supposed to do.
