This article gives very little additional information. The reference 1 would be totally fine as an overview and then one reference to to solid state and we would be fine. Thanks to those who have started this article. This is obviously an initial effort and needs development and clarification with a lay introduction, etc. Also some sentences are unclear due to unspecified subjects caused by the use of "it" instead of a necessary repetition of the actual subject. For example in the sentence ... "It may be used to verify the effectiveness of deuteration..." the subject is unclear.
