Content not for Article[edit]

The claim that contracts were signed to obtain permission to publish is questionable. I personally asked Greg Stetski whether he had obtained copyright clearance, telling him that I would accept his word as a Not Bearing False Witness Christian if he told me that he had. Stetski declined to answer. Genesis was dropped by Shaw Cable in Victoria BC after I informed the CRTC and Shaw that there seemed to be an issue with the Intellectual Property being used by Genesis.

The above material, quoted from the article was posted by an anon individual or someone originally close to the Genesis Storytime project and was written in the "first person" style. It doesn't belong in the article itself and should be removed and placed in this Talk page. Jimj wpg (talk) 21:21, 27 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Archival Videotapes of Genesis Storytime[edit]

I bought a VCR in July 1987 so that I could record the CRTC Hearings that lead to the licensing of The Weather Network (nee WeatherNow), CBC Newsworld (nee The News Channel), YTV, Vision/Tv, etc... At the time Videon Cable-tv had been undergoing a system-wide upgrade. Prior to 1987 the visual quality of VSP-7 was poor due to interference from CKY ch. 7 making cable ch. 7 an "impaired" channel. By the time I got this VCR Genesis Storytime had changed in such a way that I was put off by some of the stories (recycling and bible stories). There was an "innocence" to the content that was present pre-1987. And so I didn't record much if any of the "output". Jimj wpg (talk) 04:13, 27 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
