Other Novels - Identical/Similar Title[edit]

I'm not certain about the correct way to integrate this information or even if it should be added at all. So I figured I'd bring it up on the discussion page before mucking about with the article.

There are several other novels with very similar titles not written by Lance Parkin (one identically named).

Probably not as widely published but it seems to me they should be mentioned somehow on Wikipedia for completeness if nothing else. Perhaps they should be handled with separate pages of their own?

Below is a list of the books. The last do not contain "the" definite article portion of the title.

Since none of the books are related to Parkin's novel, they should be considered on their own merits. If any of them is notable, an article can be created for it under a different title, disambiguated if necessary. (If only one of the books named Dying Days (no "The") is notable, its article can be created at Dying Days; if both are notable, they can be disambiguated by author.) If Shannon Patrick Sullivan's book is notable, it could have a page at The Dying Days (Sullivan novel), per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (books)#Standard disambiguation. (Incidentally, Shannon Patrick Sullivan is the creator of an excellent Doctor Who website, A Brief History of Time (Travel).)

That said, I'm not sure whether any of the books you mention would be considered notable. Each would have to be evaluated on its own terms. If articles are created for any of these, a disambiguation link should be placed at the top of this page to point readers who might be looking for one of the other works in the right direction. Oh, and for completeness' sake I'll mention that if any of these books turns out to be more notable than Parkin's, his novel could be moved to The Dying Days (Doctor Who novel) or The Dying Days (Parkin novel). (This would certainly happen if, for example, Stephen King announced that his next book was going to be titled The Dying Days.)
