Article is new, long enough, meets policy, has citations and references, nice summaries, no plagiarism or copyright vio. I checked online citations and I made an edit to repeat a citation so that hook has an online as well as an offline citation. I happen to own the book on Dirac (believe it or not!) and I checked that as well. The article is interesting. I think its brevity actually helps; makes it snappy. Hook is well under 200 characters and meets guidelines, interesting, accurate and has citations. I think the hook might well pull in readers to see what the big deal was about and they will find the article interesting. No image. QPQ is done. Ready to go as far as I am concerned.
