AMD 4000S series desktop kits[edit]
These processors don't use the same layout as the 'normal' Ryzen 4000 series processors, being that they are apparently repurposed salvaged console APUs. And on top of that, I am quite certain these are not codenamed 'Renoir' / don't belong to the same actual family as the Ryzen 4000 series chips. I know this template has a kinda confusing title, it implies all 'Ryzen 4000 series' processors, however if we take a look at the List of AMD Ryzen processors and Zen 2 articles where it's being used, they are put under a title mentioning "Renoir" codename.
So because of these reasons, I think it's probably better we split this up into a separate template for 'AMD 4000S series' processors only. Now, I don't know the codename to these 4000S series processors... — AP 499D25 (talk) 12:24, 8 March 2024 (UTC)
