My ideal climate (location unreal)

My World has a desert climate. Precipitation will only usually fall in the form of snow, and in December. My World probably has one of the warmest climates where snow is the prime precipitation. It is unusual for precipitation of any other kind to fall in any month of the year except December. The warmest temperature recorded was 21 °C (70 °F), recorded practically every day. The coldest temperature is usually recorded on Christmas Day each year, at 2 °C (36 °F). Snow will also usually fall on Christmas Day, but will melt by noon under warm conditions. Each day is 12 hours long and annual sunshine is 100 % of maximum possible. Average daily highs are 21 °C (70 °F), and lows are 18 °C (64 °F).
