Foreign article

Thanks for tagging César_Portillo_de_la_Luz, which I have deleted. Just a note to say that giving the full url as you did, {{db-foreign|source=http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/César_Portillo_de_la_Luz}}, isn't necessary and doesn't actually link right; all that is necessary is the two-letter code for the foreign WP - {{db-foreign|es:César_Portillo_de_la_Luz}}. (Even "source=" doesn't seem to be necessary.) You may not know the reason for A2 (it was some time before someone explained it to me): if an article is cut and pasted from another Wikipedia, we lose the contribution history, which we are obliged by the license terms to maintain. There is a process at WP:Translation to ask for article to be translated, and a template {{Translated article}}, which can be put on the talk page to do the attribution.
