Therefore, you are hereby the first user to receive my Continuous Display of WikiLove Award. And I'd also like to congradulate you as well; motherhood is indeed a noble calling! -- P.B. User page request[edit]

Hi Phaedriel,

You claim to like doing up user pages, and I would be very grateful if you could take a look at mine. At first glance it looks fine, but if you make the window smaller then you really start to notice things. Just sorting it out would be great, but if you feel like completely revamping it, that's fine by me. Please don't feel obliged to do a complete revamp, though, I'm sure you've got a lot to do.

My thanks in advance, CarrotMan 18:56, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Banes page.JPG)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Banes page.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. WP:MILHIST Coordinator Elections[edit]

The Military history WikiProject coordinator selection process is starting. We are looking to elect seven coordinators to serve for the next six months; if you are interested in running, please sign up here by February 11!

Pregnant![edit]

I'm not the most social Wikipedian around, but I thought I should drop by and congratulate you. Delivering new life into the world is something I'll unfortunately never experience for myself, but I admire in those who can. Take some time off, you deserve it! Owen 08:15, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe leaving?[edit]

My best friend on Wikipedia just left & I'm kinda depressed. Don't know if I'm gonna stay here. All my "friends" never message me cause they're all too busy. I've just realised nobody likes me on here anyway, so what's the point of staying. Just letting you all know. Plus you're kind of, well pregnant, so you're probably not gonna be on here. Don't know what I'm doing right now, so yeah, I don't know... Spawn Man 07:26, 3 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Pregnancy[edit]

Warmest congradulations, from "sunny" Scotland! My prayers are with you (or, if you don't do religion, best wishes) and I hope everything goes to plan. Kindest regards, Anthonycfc [TC] 01:26, 4 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Phaedriel, You are a wonderful person and I am sure that you'll make a wonderful mother. Not only have you been blessed, but the child that you carry has been blessed to have a person like yourself as a parent. Now, take very good care of yourself and that's an order from the Marine! PLEASE READ[edit]

Having left the project for an extended time before, I know how it is to come back and find a whole long list of new headers saying "Welcome back" or "we missed you". So I ask this: Please, for this dear user's sake, find a header that has already been created and reply under that one. It makes coming back a lot easier. :) —  $PЯINGrαgђ  P.S. and have fun too! :) Learn from Johntex and relax. ;) 00:17, 13 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • That may be true, but Springeragh top-posted me. I want credit for being here first! I missed you the most!  ;-) Johntex\talk 00:15, 13 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • That's Springeragh, and for the record, I was third. Acalamari beat me to it. --Kyoko 00:18, 13 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Yeah, Johnny, I think something like 'pringeragh would have looked better. :P But there's that strange ring to it… —  $PЯINGrαgђ  00:21, 13 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • GET A GRIP. This is ridiculous. She unprotected her page, and made a new user page. No more. We have an encyclopedia to build folks. I'd be as happy to see Sharon back as the rest of you but I don't see her. Let her come back and do something encyclopedic, then talk to her about that, instead of all rushing to be the first or to post another 100k of greetings messages. Wikipedia is not MySpace. We all love Phaedriel but none of this is helping build an encyclopedia. --kingboyk 20:44, 13 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Sharon is back now and can take care of her own page :) --kingboyk 15:38, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
    • OK so it's not like I posted that notice for a reason, is it? For the most part, people are following it. Oh and look thru the histories of Robert Schumann, Franz Liszt, Talk:Franz Liszt, and Les Préludes to show that at least I am building an encyclopedia myself instead of trying to deny users the right to show their appreciation for another user. Anyway, no arguments on her page, let's take it someplace else. —  $PЯINGrαgђ  19:44, 14 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, you may not remember me, but I had supported your RfA last year, under my prior username User:Tachikoma. I don't fully know the circumstances behind your extended absence from Wikipedia, and you needn't feel obliged to tell me. Yet another welcome back[edit]

Dear Phaedriel: I don't believe our paths have crossed, as you were becoming less active on Wikipedia just as I was getting more involved, but based on what I have seen and read and heard of you, I am quite excited to see you back here. In fact, I had posted just yesterday here that I hoped to see you return to editing, and here you are. Congratulations on your baby, and with every good wish. Dear Sharon, I'm so pleased that you're back. Congratulations on your little beauty. Sharon, I don't know if you were aware of this, but there was a rumor going around that... well, that something horrible had happened to you (and I must admit, I did my part in telling people about "did you hear the terrible news about Phaedriel?"); I'm so glad to see that it was false. WP:Indigenous peoples of North America[edit]

Hi Phaedriel! Good to see you've returned. I think I started editing Wikipedia with this username right around the time you left, so I guess we don't know each other yet. Except I kind of feel like I know you since I was doing some work on WP:IPNA for a while after you had left. Mostly with migrating comments from the old classification system. Except I only got like, ten done or something? It takes longer than one would think! Anyway, the good news is you returning has reminded me that I haven't done any work on that in months. So just, you know, keep reminding me constantly to work on it or I'll probably forget again (seriously. Remind me. Constantly. Please). Congratulations on motherhood, and best wishes! --Miskwito 03:35, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Wow, thanks for the kind words! I really appreciate it :) Take care, --Miskwito 02:39, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for being vigilant, but... :)[edit]

Composite Operator has been requested for speedy deletion by its editor and creator here, and the matter has be set before the AfD committee here. There's not reason to not do as the creator/editor requested: he/she has notes on the talk page that all the relevant info has been merged into another article: i.e., what we were discussing in AfD has already been done.

If replacing the CSD tag will gum up the process somehow, I'll refrain. Holding off, then, until I hear from you :) Thanks!

Hi Sharon, congratulations and welcome back. I hope you aren't too overwhelmed by all of this attention, but you really have been missed. I (and I am sure others) have regularly checked your contributions to see if there had been any activity, and I despaired that one of our most valuable contributors and one of our better new admins had left the project. More importantly though, I worried about your well-being. I wanted to e-mail you, but I held back in the interest of preserving your privacy, which had already been so violated. Hey; cheers for the deletion (above). Although I close a large amount of debates a day, I normally leave the deletes for a sysop. However, I seen this one has quite a lot of tension, and that the dispute was ongoing, so I saw fit to step in, acting as normal, but requesting WP:CSD#G6 at the last stage, as I don't have access to the Mop.

Thanks again!
