Your recent article submission has been rejected and cannot be resubmitted. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by S0091 was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was:
Only using this reject reason because it's the best option. The real reason is because of WP:ARBECR. Only editors who meet extended confirmed status (500 edits and account 30 days old) can edit about the Arab–Israeli conflict which includes drafts. See WP:Contentious topics/Arab–Israeli conflict.

Introduction to contentious topics[edit]

You have recently edited a page related to the Arab–Israeli conflict, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.

A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.

Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:

  • adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
  • comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
  • follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
  • comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
  • refrain from gaming the system.

Additionally, you must be logged-in, have 500 edits and an account age of 30 days, and are not allowed to make more than 1 revert within 24 hours on a page within this topic.

Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

An option[edit]

You can post an edit request at the International reactions to the Israel–Hamas war talk page and request to include a mention of the Radboud University Nijmegen protest in the Boycott of Western companies section. An extended confirmed editor there might be also willing to 'adopt' the draft. S0091 (talk) 21:47, 15 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure if you saw replies to your message to RayScript (as you weren't logged in), but looks like we are adopting the article with intent to move it to mainspace when/if ready. Thanks for your contribution. CommunityNotesContributor (talk) 15:47, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Warning[edit]

Hi Scriptese, you should not edit the article at all because you are not extended confirmed. However, you can make edit requests on the article's talk page (Talk:2024 Radboud University Nijmegen pro-Palestinian campus occupation). S0091 (talk) 20:56, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I understand now, sorry for that. Thanks! Scriptese (talk) 20:59, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I do not think you meant any harm. I have requested the article be protected which will prevent anyone not extended confirmed from editing the article (just like 2024 Columbia University pro-Palestinian campus occupation along with various other articles involving the conflict). You are welcome to make edit requests and might find the Edit Request Wizard helpful. S0091 (talk) 21:11, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
