Specific reference to a Reconstruction Law[edit]

Under the Reconstruction section, reference is made to a Reconstruction Act intentionally presented to be passed over Johnsons veto. Do we know which act this is? If so perhaps a hyperlink or source can be added? Kayfr (talk) 12:57, 21 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
