What's left? If none, change tense in first paragraph.[edit]
Do any territories still have any restrictions (other than possibly some border control measures)?
If so, I suggest there should be a list of what remains. If not on here, then somewhere on Wikipedia.
If not, the first sentence of the article should change tense from perfect tense "have enforced" to simple past "enforced".
