Neisseria sigma-E sRNA is a non-coding RNA found in the bacterial genus Neisseria, including the two pathogens N. meningitidis and N. gonorrhoeae. The RNA was discovered in a screen for genes differentiated by the Sigma factor, sigma E. [1]
