Cephalanthera erecta is a species of terrestrial orchids.
It is found in China, Japan, Korea, Kuril Islands, Bhutan, Assam and eastern Himalayas.
The tiny-leaved form subaphylla obtains most of its carbon via mycoheterotrophy.[14]
