American college football season
The 1946 Georgetown Hoyas football team was an American football team that represented Georgetown University as an independent during the 1946 college football season . In their 12th season under head coach Jack Hagerty , the Hoyas compiled a 5–3 record and outscored opponents by a total of 115 to 97.[1] The team played its home games at Griffith Stadium in Washington, D.C.
