The 1995-96 NBA season was the Bullets' 35th season in the NBA.[1] The Bullets improved and finished the season with a 39-43 record, missing the playoffs for the eighth consecutive year. Forward Juwan Howard was selected for the 1996 NBA All-Star Game. Center Gheorghe Muresan was named Most Improved Player of the Year, averaging 14.5 points, 9.6 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks. Forward Rasheed Wallace made the All-Second Rookie Team.
