NOTE: Because of a decision on November 28, 2013, by the World Anti-Doping Agency in regards to a positive drug test by #95, Anthony West of the Speed Up team at the 2012 Monster Energy French Grand Prix, for Methylhexaneamine, race records were revised. The FIM suspended West one month, served at the end of 2012, but WADA in 2013 retroactively increased the suspension to 18 months, stripping him of all records for the time being, and the FIM revised points reflecting the changes.
