Amber Stocks is an American basketball coach. She was most notably the head coach and general manager of the Chicago Sky in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). The Sky announced the hiring of Stocks on December 8, 2016 and held a press conference to introduce her on December 13, 2016.[1][2] Her most recent employment, prior to the Chicago Sky, was as an assistant coach for two years with the Los Angeles Sparks. Stocks played collegiate basketball for the University of Cincinnati from 1995 to 1999.[3] She was released by the Sky after two seasons and no playoff appearances.[4]
