Andrew Turner and his wife Sharon joined the board of Norwich City F.C. on 8 May 2007.
The couple own personal finance company CT Capital plc, which was set up in 1987 and became one of the UK's fastest growing companies.
The couple joined the Norwich City board when they acquired Barry Skipper's 5000 shares. Their first action was to loan the club £2 million to cover an expected cash shortfall, meaning City were not forced to sell players to balance the books.
