Arno Kamminga (born 22 October 1995) is a Dutch swimmer. He competed in the men's 50 metre breaststroke event at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships.[1][2]

He qualified to represent the Netherlands at the 2020 Summer Olympics in the men's 100 metre breaststroke event.[3]
