Ashikagashi Station (足利市駅, Ashikagashi eki) is a station on the Tobu Railway company, located in Ashikaga, Tochigi prefecture, Japan.

- August 27, 1907 Opened as Ashikagamachi Station (足利町駅, -eki).
- August 25, 1924 Renamed to Ashikagashi Station (足利市駅, -eki)
- July 23, 1980 Elevated.
