Babu Shobha Ram Government Arts College is a college in Alwar, Rajasthan, India. It is affiliated to the University of Rajasthan and offers graduate and postgraduate courses in eight subjects, namely English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Geography, History, Sociology, Economics, and Political Science. The college building is situated near Rao Tularam Circle. The college was created in 1978 from the arts faculty of Raj Rishi College. In 1999 the college was renamed after Babu Shobha Ram, a freedom fighter from Mewat.
