"Body and Soul" is a song by American recording artist Anita Baker. The song was released in 1994 as the lead single in support of her album, Rhythm of Love.

Chart performance

"Body and Soul" peaked to #4 on Billboard's Hot Black Singles and #36 on Billboard's Hot 100. The song earned Baker another top 40 pop hit following 1988's "Just Because", which peaked to #14 on the same chart.[1]
