Season chronology |
On March 20, 2013, CBS renewed CSI for a fourteenth season.[2] The fourteenth season of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation will premiere on September 25, 2013 and contain 22 episodes.[1]
CBS also confirmed that all current cast members will appear in Season 14.[2] The series' 300th episode will air during this season, and Marg Helgenberger is set to guest star in the landmark episode.[3] Due to the leave of absence taken by George Eads following his altercation with a writer, he will only appear in the first 4 episodes, under the pretext of receiving special training in Quantico. He will return later in the season.
