The Caguán River (Spanish: Río Caguán, Spanish pronunciation: [kaˈɣwan]) is a river of Colombia. It is a tributary of the Caquetá River in the Amazon River basin.

It defines the eastern boundary of the Napo moist forests ecoregion.[2]
