Carman Township is one of eleven townships in Henderson County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 309 and it contained 287 housing units.[2]

Geography[edit]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 26.33 square miles (68.2 km2), of which 21.98 square miles (56.9 km2) (or 83.48%) is land and 4.35 square miles (11.3 km2) (or 16.52%) is water.[2]
