This is a category for the Academicians (Full Members) of the public organizations, non-governmental academies based in Russia. In spite of some of these may be called "National Academy", they are not derived from the Soviet and Russian Empire forerunners, as a rule, and they are not supported by the government (unlike officially confirmed Russian National Academies).
