This category is for notions used to classify states, in the widest sense of the term, e.g. sovereign or dependent, and even equivalent territories with a specific status in international law which may not include statehood,

  • and their constitutional regimes, again in the widest sense,

  • and under international law,

including typology of customary law or even de facto situations, regardless of such formal constitutional expressions as a fundamental law or treaty.
