Common Ordinary Equity (CEQ) in financial markets represents the common shareholders' interest in the company. CEQ is a component of Shareholders' Equity Total (SEQ).[1]

  • Retained earnings
  • Treasury stock adjustments for both common and nonredeemable preferred stock
