History

DJ 100.3 Davao

From 1987 to 2003, DJ 100.3 owned by Rajah Broadcasting Network played oldies hits live from RJ 100.3 in Manila.

100.3 Hit Radio

In the middle of 2003, UMBN (University of Mindanao Broadcasting Network) rented the station & started broadcasting 100.3 Hit Radio. It plays the music from the past, from the 60s - 80s, delivered in dynamic pop-style by modern-sounding deejays. It has the same format as DJ 100.3. Because of its unique format, Hit Radio holds a special spot in a varied class of radio listeners from young adults to mature listeners.

RJFM 100.3 Davao

Around September 2009, the 100.3 frequency was sold back to Rajah Broadcasting Network, rebranding it once again to RJFM 100.3 Davao. Hit Radio was sold to Trans-Radio Broadcasting Corp., which also bought ACWS-UBN's DXKR-FM & rebranded it to 95.5 Hit Radio.
