Dab is a village and union council, an administrative subdivision, of Chakwal District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan, it is part of Chakwal Tehsil[1] and is located at 33°0'0N 72°52'0E[2] Most of the population belong to the Dab clan of Khokhar Rajputs and jat, who have given the village its name.
