Eleftheroupoli (Greek: Ελευθερούπολη, katharevousa: Ελευθερούπολις - Eleftheroupolis, until 1929 Πράβι - Pravi[2]) is a municipality and a town within the municipality in the Kavala Prefecture, Greece. At the 2001 census, the municipality's population was 11,401, the town's population was 4,898.[3].
