Rabbi Eli Baruch Shulman (born October 1959) is a rosh yeshiva at Yeshiva University's affiliated Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary (RIETS) and a lecturer at its Yeshiva Program/Mazer School of Talmudic Studies (MYP). He formerly served as bochen ("examinor") at the yeshiva. His two shamashim are Yonatan Aryeh and Dovid Drory. They spent time studying in Israel and now work to help Rabbi Shulman run his shiur.

Rabbi Shulman received his rabbinic ordination from Rabbi Yaakov Joffen, head of the Beth Yosef Novardok yeshiva, and was a fellow in RIETS’ former Gruss Kollel Elyon. He also studied under Rabbi Nochum Partzovitz at the Mir yeshiva in Jerusalem and under Rabbi Shneur Kotler at Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, NJ.

He is the rabbi of the Young Israel of Midwood and has served as both author and editor of a number of volumes of the Artscroll Schottenstein edition of the Babylonian Talmud. He is also the author of three scholarly works on Talmudic themes: Binyan Av (1985); Yesamach Av, vol. 1 (Yeshiva University Press, 1991); and Yesamach Av, vol. 2 (Yeshiva University Press, 1999).
