Summary

Description
English: A positive response to conditioning with the Probing Walking Response (PWR). A single mosquito (Culex quinquefasciatus) is tested for response following conditioning and exhibits a positive PWR response to an empty glass micropipette coated with the target odor (jasmine). This response was recorded as a positive response to later analysis. Although gloves were not worn for the purposes of this demonstration video, they were worn at all times during experimental conditioning and testing.
