Summary[edit]

This low-quality clip of Gorgisheli's "Ne dyvysj na mene tak/Don't look at me like this" is used for the purposes of criticism and comment on the rock band "Gorgisheli". It is intended, in the context of scholarship, to inform the reader of the sound of Gorgisheli's work while not displacing the original product. The audio file cannot be distributed due to the fact that it is only a fraction of the original work and of the inferior quality. It is believed that this audio file will not devalue the ability of the copyright holder to profit from the original work. In fact, it may encourage sales. As such, the file does not in any way limit the ability of the copyright owners to market or sell their product.
