Description
English: Henry A. "Red" Boucher (1921-2009) as lieutenant governor of Alaska. He also served as mayor of Fairbanks, Alaska and in the Alaska House of Representatives, and was influential in the early history of the Alaska Goldpanners of Fairbanks.
