Fair use rationale for Jamesway[edit]

Although this image is copyrighted, I feel that it is acceptable to display here under fair use because:

• It provides visual identification of the subject of the article (similar to a portrait of a person), and thus improves the article as a whole.
• Unlike with a person, however, no free equivalent is available or could be created (logos are always presumed to be copyrighted, as are any derivative works of them).
• It is of low resolution, so displaying it here does not allow for piracy.
• Displaying it here does not impact the copyright holder's ability to distribute or profit from it, especially since Jamesway itself is now defunct.
• It is being used here solely for informational purposes, not for financial gain.
