This image is subject to copyright by Grateful Dead Productions, but I, Mudwater, believe it is covered by U.S. fair use laws for inclusion in the article "Kingfish (1976 album)" because:

1. As a picture of an album cover, this image uniquely identifies the album, and is not replaceable with free content.
2. It is a low resolution copy of a CD cover
3. It is being used for informational purposes only.
4. It does not interfere with the copyright owner's economic interests.
5. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights.
