Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a logo for Manitoba Liquor Control Commission.
2. Manitoba Liquor Control Commission is often recognized by its logo
3. It is irreplaceable by a free image because it is not possible to make an image of a copyrighted logo which is not copyrighted.
