English: The building of the former One Tree Hill Borough Council in Auckland, New Zealand. The Council was amalgamated into Auckland City (at latest) in the 1989 process, and by now, Auckland City itself has been amalgamated. Bigger is better? Who knows. Can't compare these things, because there's no way to have a real control to the experiment. |
