Non-free use rationale[edit]

I ( -Panser Born- (talk) ) believe this image qualifies for fair use in the Tantric article because:

1. No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information.
2. The image, used here on the non-profit Wikipedia to illustrate the album cover of the album Tantric, is highly unlikely to cause any problems for the band or the label (Tantric and Maverick Records respectively).
3. The image does not inhibit the marketing or promotion of the band.
4. The image is already published, at Amazon.com.
5. The material is relevant to the article Tantric, and thus encyclopedic.
6. The image is of a lower quality than its original.
7. Users are reminded that this image should only be used in the article namespace, and must meet WP:FUC when doing so.
8. The album cover will be used in the article Tantric, so it will not be orphaned.
9. This image is properly attributed and tagged.

This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the work or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question.
