Fair use rationale for Characters in Metalocalypse[edit]

I, Y|yukichigai, hitherto and forthwith posit that this image meets the fair use criteria for use within the article Characters in Metalocalypse for the following reasons:

1. It depicts multiple recurring and important characters in the series Metalocalypse, as well as the room which they appear in every episode, in a manner which text cannot adequately convey.
2. The image does not impact the copyright holder's ability to profit from the work, nor does it compromise any plot details not already made evident in existing promotional material.
3. The resolution of the image is below both DVD and broadcast resolution, and is stored in a lossy format, making useful piracy applications unlikely.
4. As the originating work is a copyrighted, fictional, and animated work, the likelihood of an equivalent free license image being made available is unlikely bordering on impossible.
