The units for radius should be labeled. BirdValiant (talk) 03:24, 10 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Units?[edit]

What are the units of the "Radius", shown of the x-axis, of the current graphic? N2e (talk) 14:39, 5 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Yes .. what are the units of "Radius". I have made the assumption of metres; however, this should be labeled. If so, then the x axis label should be "Radius (m)". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.6.25.192 (talk) 01:06, 26 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

OK ... I have done the math. The units are metres for the Radius. This should be labeled as metres. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.6.25.192 (talk) 01:08, 26 September 2012 (UTC) [reply]

The y-axis should also be labeled. If it is in seconds, then the lower curve makes sense. I don't understand how the upper curve was generated since the (linear?) speed should decrease as the radius increases while maintaining 1 g. Actually, the speed should be given as an angular speed.
