I don't think this page can be classified as public domain sine it was based off GFDL work. The GFDL says that all derivatives also inherit GFDL licensing if I am not mistaken. Reaper Eternal (talk) 15:14, 18 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I don't understand the template you added: "This file is in the public domain in the United States but not in its country of origin. Wikimedia Commons only accepts files that are public domain in both the country of origin and the United States." No, that wasn't what I meant. The name of the template is sort of misleading—I thought it would warn people not to copy the article to commons.
