GKB Opticals is a large Indian retailer of optical products (sunglasses, eyeglasses, contact lenses & accessories), and operates multiple retail stores in India. Headquartered in Kolkata, the company has over 70 stores across India[1] and employs over 600 people. Started in 1959, the company set up its first retail outlet in Gariahat, Kolkata, which is one of the flagship stores of the company. It has grown[2][3] to a large retail chain of outlets,[4] with lifestyle optical products.
Product Lines
The company works with notable brands like Rayban, Chanel, O2 Optix, etc. and currently maintains the following product lines: eyeglasses, sunglasses, disposable and colored contact lenses.[5]
